What do I need to bring to application?

  • Drivers License(s)
  • Social Security Card(s)
  • Paystubs covering the last 30 days
  • W2's/1099's for 2008, 2009, and 2010
  • Tax returns for the past 3 years (actual copies of the 1040's from 2008, 2009 & 2010, plus all additional schedules, signed and dated by borrower(s). Alternatively, you may call the IRS at 800-829-1040 and request that your tax transcripts from those same years be faxed to you. If so, page one from each year will need to be signed and dated by borrower(s).
  • All Bank statements for the last 2 months: Checking, Savings, and all other Asset accounts(401k, IRA, Mutual Funds, Stock Accounts) used for qualifying (must be actual statements, not online activity printouts. They must show the bank name, your name, account numbers, beginning and ending balances, and included all pages, even if blank).
  • Name and contact information for Landlords over the last 24 months (if applicable).
  • Complete Divorce Decree and/or Bankruptcy Documents (if applicable).
